Respect the home and everyone in it – this is a peaceful space, and we appreciate quiet, considerate guests. No smoking inside the house. You’re welcome to smoke outside in the garden. No parties or overnight guests. Keep shared spaces tidy – clean up after yourself in the kitchen, bathroom, and living areas. Noise to a minimum after 10pm, especially in bedrooms and shared areas. Please let me know if you’ll be late home or away overnight. Use of kitchen is welcome, but please be mindful of others and clean up afterward. Washing machine use available once or twice per week – we can agree on days. No pets allowed, and please inform me of any allergies or dietary needs in advance. Check-in and check-out times to be arranged in advance. This is a lived-in home, not a hotel – so communication, cleanliness, and mutual respect go a long way
