Hi, I'm a working mum who lives in a house in Sydney. Although my children have grown up and moved out they live close by and are always popping in to say hi. I have been hosting people since 2000 and love meeting all nationalities. I have hosted people from all ages. We live near a train station so you can travel anywhere. Shops,cafe's, parks and the ocean are walking distance away. I am very friendly, down to earth, easy going and enjoy life. I like to eat healthy and try to keep fit by jogging / walking. Your room is furnished with a double bed, a built in wardrobe, desk, all bedding, blankets, TV, heater, towels, etc. My house may not be up to date or modern but it is very comfortable. There is no curfew, come and go as you please. I work long hours and am hardly home. I don't have time to cook so breakfast is included and you are welcome to make it for yourself. If you want me to supply you food for lunches and dinner, that is an extra charge, otherwise I can take you to the supermarket so you can buy your own food which you are welcome to cook in my kitchen. I also supply a laundry with washing detergents provided for you to use. You are welcome to come and stay anytime but please remember that I am not your slave. I like to keep a clean and tidy house and I do expect the same in return. If you are a smoker, all I ask is to please respect my wishes and smoke outside of the house only. I am a very outgoing and friendly person and I look forward to meeting you. :) :) All ages welcome!!! I would prefer non-smokers, but will bend the rules as long as you smoke outside only. Breakfast is included, and is available for you to make for yourself Simple foods and beverages are included such as coffee, tea, sugar, milk, bread, eggs. If you do not like what I have then I can take you to the supermarket so you can buy your own. You are welcome to cook in the kitchen but you must clean up after yourself. Please remember, although you are welcome to use my house as your own during your stay, I am not your servant. I do like my house to stay clean and tidy and ask if you could please respect that by doing the same. Come and go as you please. Thank you :)

Situated at the rear of the house this room has a double bed, built in wardrobe, desk and TV.. It sleeps either 1 or 2 people. Sheets, towels, blankets, etc are all included. Looks onto the backyard.
