Independent suite in shared home for independent, mature homestay for a holiday or other period abroad, staying in the home of a local family. Fully furnished with bedding, towels, and a full chef’s kitchen. Ready to move in. Be on your own in a safe comfortable home, with owners who are teachers who have lived and taught internationally and have hosted guests from all over the world. 90 day minimum.
We kindly ask that you follow these guidelines: Pets or animals are not allowed on the property. Please refrain from hosting gatherings or parties or inviting additional guests without permission. Smoking is not prohibited. Respect quiet hours 10pm–8am. Please do not wear shoes inside the suite. Slippers are provided. Please keep your personal items in your suite only. We kindly ask that guests take care to maintain a clean and tidy environment during their stay, including regular laundering of bedding, to avoid extra cleaning fees. Guests will be asked to provide a 25% deposit on their stay. Cancelations within 30 days of bookings will not have a deposit refund. Please note that our suite is for an independent homestay in our shared home with some shared space and is not for local residents in a tenancy agreement.
