This studio is connected to the house via a common garden. We are close to all universities, Melbourne, RMIT and Latrobe to name a few. You will have access to the tram, train and bus. Northcote is only 5 km from the city centre and High Street Northcote was named the coolest street for 2024. The modern aquatic/sports centre is around a 10 min walk. You will have privacy, your own studio with a bathroom, and basic cooking facilities with a fridge and washing machine, air-con and heating also. You will have access to the wifi and the great company of myself and my two daughters to show you around.

It's a family area so no smoking or drugs, respect all around and you'll have your own entry so it's easy for you to come and go as you please.
