The apartment is perfectly located in Ipanema, the best neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro. Ipanema beach is only two blocks away and Copacabana beach is 15 minutes walking from here. Also, the Arpoador Stone is pretty near, where you can delight the best sunset experience in the world. The apartment is very clean, spacious and safe. Near here you have beaches, lake, bike rentals, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, drugstores, subway station, mall and bus stop. The bedroom has an air conditioner, ceiling fan, very good mattress, pillows and towels. We also offer soap, shampoo, conditioner, repellent and swabs at the bathroom. (OBS.: The small bedroom has no air conditioner). We have twice a week cleaning service to maintain everything tidy and clean. High speed WI-FI (120 MB) that works at the entire apartment with very good coverage and speed. We expect that our guests have an amazing experience in our home, with full access to the living room, kitchen and washing machine. - There are other people living here, and sometimes also other guests, so we kindly ask you to not bring visitors, don't smoke and don't use drugs into the apartment - For our safety, please always lock the apartment door - When going or returning from beach (or without shirt or pants), always use the service elevator, and wash your feet in the garage to remove the sand before entering the elevator (the garage is at -1 floor) - There are other people living in this building, so we kindly ask you to respect the silence at night after 10pm - It is so nice to have everything clean and tidy, right? So, if you cook something, please clean - Do not throw paper in the toilet, the water pressure is not so powerful here
