Yes. My home is a very quiet house.. Have just a few easy house rules for the comfort off others in the house.l have my own private front room. Strictly no visitors into property at any time. No smoking or drugs to be consumed or store on the property. Clean kitchen after use, need to buy your own cooking product , cooking oil ,cooking paper kitchen roll. etc. Space will be given to you to store items and fridges space for food stuff. Cooking hour's with in reasonable hours be mindful of other people in the house. After 9.30 in the evening kitchen needs to be a close off for cooking. Bed room is to be cleaned which will be check and notice will be given when I will be cleaning.. Can provide bed linen and bathtowels. Laundry facilities with in reasonable hours and a reasonable amount off wash pre week, which will be discussed to suit all and suit all in the house. You will need to buy your own product or washing power etc. Bathroom is shared and please be responsible for toilet roll ( l will have some supply off toilet roll) leave shower area clean after use. Quiet hours low noise in place at day and night as other might be sleeping or studying. Kitchen is not for study or use off laptop. I'll will be responsible for the turn on and off heating system and will have it on time morning and evening times. Please don't ajusted this heating system. No lighting off candles in bedroom or food to be kept in bedroom. Also no vaping in the house No pets allowed.
