I welcome students with either short or long term stays and would prefer home stays from China or Japan and female homestays. Well disciplined, tidy & neat. Home stay must let the host know if they will be late after 10pm or going for sleep overs at friends places etc. Home stay not allowed to bring male friends for sleep over. Home stay must take responsibility while out of the premises and outings. Most happy for homestay to join family events and so forth. Home stay to contact host if in trouble and host must keep up todate contacts of parents/guardians etc.
