This is my home. I live upstairs and, on this floor, there is a spare Kingsize room with own use bathroom. Shared Lounge, kitchen and laundry. I have previously hosted working visa holders, extended stay travelling businesspeople as well and short stay travelers. I have travelled myself when I was younger and always enjoyed home stays as opposed to hotels, and now I am enjoying hosting.
Please keep the apartment clean and tidy. Empty the rubbish to the outside bins regularly, and ensure the kitchen/lounge area is tidy after use. As this is a suburban house, please no parties, nor pets, and no excessive noise after 10 pm weeknights/Midnight on weekends. Also NO smoking in the house or on the premises please.
