Perfectly decorated and newly remodeled. Very close to the Parque Metropolitano and Plaza Galerías, close to restaurants, bars and bus stops. Private garage with automatic gate available for one car. A set of keys is delivered to enter the house and the room. My husband and I live on the property, in other rooms.

Smoking is not allowed inside the room. Visits or gatherings inside the room are not allowed. No pets allowed. Loud noise is not allowed after 10 pm.
