The Apartment is a studio apartment in my building. I live in the same building and the studio room is in the ground floor and has an attached bathroom with a small kitchenette with gas stove.

There are no parties and loud noise making allowed. Guests must be accompanied by an adult over 18years. Couples of over 18 years each are allowed
