Located parallel to Montreal Road, 1 block to the Rideau River, 10 minute bus ride to University of Ottawa and the City Centre. Coin-operated laundry is in the basement. TVs in the guest bedroom and living room offer Netflix, some international news, and many movie channels. Very bright rooms all around the apartment.

Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 25% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (this is separate from the deposit that you have paid to Homestay.com). Please make this payment by Paypal. The balance is due on arrival day. 2. Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. The advance will not be returned if you cancel with fewer than 7 days' notice. 3. Guests must clean after themselves in the kitchen and bathroom. No eating in the bedrooms allowed. 4. Laundry card is available in a kitchen cabinet and loaded with money for a few wash and dry cycles ($2.75 each). There is aldo laundry soap and dryer sheets. There is 1 washing machine and 1 dryer in the bassement laundry room, and you can hang clothes to dry on one of several cords.
