A quiet house where you enjoy reading, swimming, and doing stuff around the house or yard for spare time.
No smoking in the room, keep room clean and clean up after yourself around the house pls. smoking outdoor only astray a must, please always closed gates. sweet food should be in the fridge during hot season to avoid insect.
The room has a queen bed west facing front yard it is on the ground floor, shared bathroom, with kitchenette complete with pots and pans, crockery cutlery, fridge, microwave, gas freestanding stove/oven. coffee, tea, sugar, and powder milk for guests.
