This is a Sunday - Friday rental - 5 nights a week. It will best suit a 3rd or 4th year female student who likes to head home at the W/Es. (Free parking if you have a car.) You'll have your own dining room for buffet breakfast. I'll keep a small fridge, kettle, toaster there to give you independence. Fresh sheets and towels provided every other week. With 3 up and out, we are now a family of 4 :) The house is in south county Dublin, in a beautiful area called Rathmichael. App. 25 min walk from main bus route and 35 min walk from Dart. Plenty of room if you have a car, or garage space for bike/scooter.

Mon - Fri rental. No extra overnight guests. No smoking. This a quiet household, with students studying. We have separate areas for family and guests. Let's both respect these boundaries. Please respect the property.
