We have a large family property on two levels with 7 bedrooms and a large terrace. 4 bedrooms are located on the first floor. 3 on the second floor. I live inside the property, in one of the rooms on the second floor. Living in the same house as my guests, I have the opportunity to always be there for them, in case of need or necessity.

RULE N. 1: For all our guests it is absolutely forbidden to organize parties or events inside the property that could cause and cause disturbance and confusion both to other guests and to the inhabitants of the neighboring apartments. Especially at night. It is allowed to invite some friends for lunch or dinner. But always in a discreet way that does not create discomfort for other guests. RULE N 2: We want people who are respectful of the cleanliness and general hygiene of the house. RULES N. 3: Anyone who causes material damage to the furnishings of the rooms will be personally liable by repaying the value of the damaged objects.
