Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay TWO LAST MONTHS' of the booking total to us at the time of booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com). If agreed, this payment can be split in two parts, with 50% (One month's rent) paid at the time of the booking, and the rest (50%) to be paid on the move-in date together with the first month's pay. The following payment methods will be acceptable: e-transfer (preferred), or Paypal. Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 70 days’ notice for any cancellation. A small administration fee of $50 will be retained if you cancel 70 days before your move-in date. Any cancellation later than this will NOT be refunded. HOMESTAY RULES: > No smoking of any kind (tobacco or marijuana) or vaping > You will be responsible for cleaning your room and washroom, and for sharing cleaning of the common areas of the house with other tenant(s) and/or the owner > This is a quiet household. No loud music or partying will be allowed. > No overnight guests will be allowed except in the case of an emergency > No pets (due to allergies)
