Hi There, I have a large double bedroom available for rent to a kind quiet and respectful student or worker to accommodate , in a apartment complex in the centre of new Lynn Auckland close to lynn mall and train and bus stations accessable to all of auckland . I have two kids one who works and the other who attends course. The house is quiet and very clean all the time with a comfortable feeling. Me and my children speak two languages arabic and english and are very welcoming to anyone who respects the house.

Only Have two rules which is No Alcohol or Bacon on premises but can do this outside but not in the home other than that i have no other issues just to be clean
