ENTRANCE : The property is located above a bookstore. Walk towards the glass door of the bookstore and on the left you will see the entrance of the rooms above. It is a wooden door and please use the white buzzer upon arrival. Peter will answer and help you with your luggage. PAYMENT : We accept Cryptocurrency, Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amerian Express, Maestro, Bancontact, Ideal, Giropay, PL24, EPS, Alipay, Multibanco, Paypal, Neteller and Skrill. FOOD : You can prepare your meals via vitroceramic hob, oven and microwave. Small amenities or seasoning are free of charge. Food delivery possible via Deliveroo, Takeaway or Ubereats. A short walk towards the train station will allow you to eat until 4 am in weekends. DRINKS : You are allowed to drink alcohol in your room. Glasses are at your disposal. SMOKING : Smoking is allowed on the front balcony or in the shared rooms, depending on the other guests. Smoking is not allowed in your bedroom and your bedroom at the back does not have a balcony. PETS : Pets are allowed in your room and if they behave in the entire property. Peter loves walking dogs and knows a great park nearby.

Our motto is being a gentleman before being a businessman. We expect that you treat our house in a responsible manner. Quiet hours between 01h and 07h. (as a rule depending on occupancy of the other room) Pets are welcome if they behave.
