Hello! I am Helga and I was born in Vienna, Austria. I arrived in Spain at the age of 18 and fell in love with this warm country! I am very passionate about fashion and during my time as a professional model I traveled all over the world, which has made me live great experiences and meet magnificent characters, like Dalí! I like Mediterranean food and take care of the small details at the table. I am very friendly with my friends and I love taking walks around my city, enjoying a good tea, a good movie, going to my aquagym classes at the gym and, of course... the beach ;-) Regarding what type of hostess I am, I try to ensure that my guests have everything they need to feel comfortable, always maintaining their personal space and making them feel free to move. Arrival time (Check-in) : From 2:00 p.m. Departure time (Check-out) : At 12:00 p.m. I like that guests always feel at home :-) For this reason, I always ask that you respect the common areas, leaving everything tidy and clean as you found it when you arrived. When entering and leaving the apartment, close the door carefully without making a lot of noise. The room is individual and is designed for one person, so it is forbidden to invite people to sleep. Pets are not allowed on the floor. As for water, it is a rare commodity, use what is necessary without wasting it. Please, respect the rest of the neighbors and do not make noise in the portal, the stairs or the elevator. Thank you
