This is a daylight basement room, cool in summer, warm in winter. I have furnished it for guests with a soft queen bed, couch, coffee table, end tables, snacks spot, coffee spot, desk, fridge, microwave and other utilities to help people stay comfortably. We are walking distance to Washington State University Vancouver (0.2 miles) and 1.1 miles away from the Legacy Salmon Creek hospital. We are a short-term stay, up to three days. Please welcome for that period or shorter, enjoy the neighborhood and share some stories if you like.

* Entry and exit. Please use front door for entry and exit. There is a door to the outside in the guest room, but, for privacy reasons and to preserve a wobbly fence, we ask guests to use front door - as we do. * Smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside or out. That includes pot. Please use nearby parks or the university grounds for smoking. * Pets. We cannot accommodate pets. We have one Havanese Poodle and one fluffy cat, and that's enough for one house. Animals do not enter guest room. * Lights and heating. Please turn off lights and heating when you leave for the day.
