We are a semi-retired couple living on a beautiful island. Our home is a three bedroom ranch with two bedrooms, one bath on one side of the house and the master bedroom the other side of the house. In between the bedrooms there is a living room, dining room and kitchen. Guests have full kitchen privileges. We are about 2 miles from the beach. We live in the middle of the island. We have a 7-year-old Shih Tzu dog who is small and weighs about 16-17 pounds. We live in a quiet neighborhood.
