My niece and I live in a 5 bedroom house, newly decorated in a small town of Agassiz B.C. We have a wonderful view of Mt. Cheam just across the road. The Frazer river is 5 mins away. I have a lawned garden. The main town of Chilliwack is about 25 mins away and has lots of different types of diners and restaurants and 2 movie theaters which are both multi screens.
No smoking. Free use of kitchen but any mess must be cleaned up. Make sure house is locked if in late or if going out and no one is in the house. If you want a friend to come over that is fine but ask first and no stayovers. I like a tidy house so no un- necessary mess. Curfew (lol) is 11.00pm.
