The entrance and front have a spectacular spread of bougainvillea. Owner stays alone in this 3BHK villa. There is a live in maid who stays in an independent quarter behind the villa. One first floor bedroom with attached bath room is available exclusively for guest use. The dining room, study with computer facilities and the living room can be used as required.

1. During evenings would like to close the gate and house entrance door by 2300 hrs. 2. Cash for stay on arrival or by bank transfer in advance. 3. In case of cancellation, money would be returned in the manner in which paid.
