We are a married couple from Dortmund, a large city in western Germany. I am a software architect and my wife is a nurse. We live in one of the best parts of Dortmund in a large new single-family house. For our guest we have an entire floor with two rooms (27 m²) and a private bathroom (11 m²). The guest gets a bedroom with a 140 cm wide box spring bed and a TV and the living room with a fold-out sofa bed, large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, office cabinet and desk. Use of the washing machine and dryer is possible at any time and is included in the price. There is no private kitchen, we offer the tenant full board as an option. We speak the following languages: German, English, Russian and Ukrainian.
