We are a single Mom and son - friendly and easygoing. A single private bedroom is available for rent with a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. Laundry facilities are available. Internet access. There is a big backyard with patio and a front yard. The property is located on a quiet street. It is a 10-minute walk to a shopping mall, fast food, grocery store, park, library and public transit. Looking to rent to female students only. If a longer stay is needed we can discuss options/availability and we can adjust the length of stay. Pets: In case of allergies, we have a bunny in the house. Smoking is not allowed in the home. Our main expectations of our guests are that they are communicative, respectful and friendly. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. Food/groceries not included. You will have a section of the fridge and freezer to put your own items. No pets are allowed inside. Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, kindly ask first. Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.
