We are close to 2 bus lines and are very walkable to almost everything. Our home is large clean and stylish. Your large room includes a private entrance, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a small living/relaxing space. You will also have access to our 10-foot plunge pool in the warmer months as well as the hot tub year-round.

No other guests are permitted in the house without prior consent Light smoking is permitted outside Perfume/ cologne are to be applied very sparingly due to scent sensitivities Do not enter other occupants' private space (room) Alcohol consumption in moderation You are responsible for keeping your space clean Laundry access once a week (free) The kitchen space must be cleaned after every use
