We are a husband and wife that live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. The available room is on the second floor loft space, with a queen size bed, desk, dresser, flat screen tv and private bathroom. The loft is an open space. There is a divider for privacy, but there is no door. The both of us work and have businesses in the area. We are in and out, but are sociable and friendly. We can tell you nice places to go to in the neighborhood if you like to explore.

No guest, no smoking inside. Guest are free to use the washer and dryer but must buy their own detergent. Full access to kitchen, but you must clean up after yourself. There is a dishwasher. Please be considerate of noise levels.
