We are a respectful home. We ask guests to keep the noise to a minimum to please respect the space and keep the home clean and organized. Please note that we require our guests to pay a damage deposit of $300 upon arrival on top of the balance. This will be fully refunded within 24hrs via E-transfer should the studio be damage free. Check-outs past 10am will result in a fee. Aggressive behaviour or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. Guests are not allowed to have visitors in or on the premises who are not registered on the Homestay site. No Pets. Guests do not have access to backyard or front yard. However, beaches, parks and trails are all within a 5 minute walk.
