I am a single mom living with my adult son in a beautiful three-bedroom condo by Lake Ontario. I have lived in my home for the past 24 years. I am walking distance from everything: the 401 highway, the GO train station, buses, grocery stores, the Cineplex, and the Pickering Town Centre Mall. I worked for the past 25 years at the Hospital for Children in Toronto. Currently, I am an Admin Coordinator in the Department of Genome Diagnostics.

The building is a smoke-free environment. Guests should lock doors/windows when leaving, and follow any security routines. Clean up after using common areas like the kitchen or bathroom; keep your room tidy—respect curfews and quiet times. Follow the family’s rules about shoes, mealtimes, and shared spaces. Use of facilities: kitchen, laundry, etc.
