welcome to our home,house is build 8 years ago,warm and bright,i have large double room to rent,fast WiFi,near park,large supermarket Morrisons 17 mins walk,Coop shop 2min walk,lovely location,near fitness center,cambridge universities 15min by car,40 min by bus,addenbrooks hospital 16 min by car,Papworth 6min by car,we provide free light breakfast,providing dinner for a small charge.....we have 2 sphyxs cats in house
our house is non smoke,smoking aloud outside,Respect the house and remember it is a family home not a hotel. We let to use kettle, microwave, toaster,ninja air fryer,Not a cooker(as been damaged before by guests).Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 25% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com) Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation.
