We have a small family. Got 2 sons. We got 3 bedrooms. Good big backyard with 1303 sq. meter area. Green grass all over the outdoor. Good ammenities around the house and enjoy the fresh breath of air and nature's beauty. Enough parking space for 3 cars. Most of the time all of us are busy outside doing our own thing. We are very friendly family. Our house is well maintained at the same time our guests should keep it neat and tidy.

No parties allowed. No pets and no children. No loud music and should use his/her own earphone. No shouting or swearing. Silence should be observed especially during sleeping time. Should maintain cleanliness around the house.. Going home too late not allowed. Curfew is set up to 10pm and doors will be closed. There should always have an open communication whether you are going home or not. No visitors allowed as much as possible but with exception for some valid reasons. No smoking and no alcohol to be consumed around the premises.
