One bedroom for short term rental. Queen size bed, tv, clock, lamp and iron. Shared bathroom, kitchen and laundry. Looking for short term stays such as a traveling nurse. I work from home, so needs to be quiet during the day.

No smoking on the premises. No eating/drinking in the bedroom Please remove shoes (due to carpeting) No parties. Quiet hours 10:30pm - 7am No more than 2-3 visitors at a time. Keep home tidy-clean up behind yourself (This is my home) Throw out trash - Garbage day is Tuesday(all garbage must be bagged) No pets No photography/filming without consent
