The flat has a small balcony where you can have coffee or a drink and admire the view of the woods There’s a bus stop right outside the flat which will take you to the Vienna metro system and a train station just eight minutes walk away – a lovely stroll along the river side. All told and either by bus or train it takes just 50 minutes to get from the flat to the city center. It’s the perfect location!

No smoking. Wash your own dishes. No shoes in the flat. Respect the neighbors and the neighborhood. Pretty obvious really.
