Lovely Single Rooms with Garden

The suite downstairs has 2 bedrooms with it's own bathroom, kitchen and outside entrance. The yellow room has a single bed and the blue room has a single bed, as well. Small pets under control would be welcome. I have added our extra bedroom upstairs as an overflow room. If both the rooms downstairs are booked and someone is looking for a room for a couple of days, we would be happy to share our space. If you want help with your English, Susan has been a home-stay mom for foreign students at our local University, for almost 30 years and is happy to help. We have done a fair amount of travelling ourselves and love the experiences we have had. There are many delightful places to visit on Vancouver Island. Want to make s’mores? We have a fire pit in the back yard plus a pergola set up for eating and/or lounging. Ask for more information.
Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 25% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com), Once you have booked, I will be able to give you my email address and etransfer is an easy way to pay. Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation, at which time I will refund all but 10%. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded. HOUSE RULES: Please be quiet from 11 PM to 7 AM Please clean up after yourself in the kitchen and bathroom Be sure outside door is locked and space heater shut off, when you head out. You will also be given a key for your room should you choose to lock your door.
