The Condo: Shared Spaces: This modern condo boasts three rooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with common areas shared with two friendly housemates—a guy and a lady—who are both professionals. Newly Renovated: Enjoy the fresh and stylish design throughout the condo, making it a pleasant place to stay. Location & Convenience: Centrally located, offering easy access to local attractions, dining, and public transport. Ideal for both short and long-term stays.

1. **Check-In/Check-Out:** - Check-in time is after 3:00 PM. - Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. - Please inform us in advance if you require flexible check-in or check-out times. 2. **Quiet Hours:** - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect the peace and comfort of other residents. 3. **Smoking:** - This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is not allowed inside the condo or in the common areas. 4. **Guests:** - No unregistered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
