Visitors are allowed but must leave the property by 11 p.m. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. - 6 a.m. Please be respectful of it. 2:There’s a pool table, PS5 with two pads, and table tennis(ping pong), you’re welcome to use it with your guests, please keep items properly. 3: No Loud Music: There’s a Bose sound system on the first and second floor, you’re welcome to use it but please be mindful. If there are many complaints by neighbors due to noise your stay will be terminated. I just ask that you be respectful of my home as I live there. 4: Persons not on the reservation should not sleep overnight in the unit: If you need to update your reservation with the correct number of guests please reach out. A $30 fee will apply per person, not on the reservation. 5: No Smoking: There will be a $1,000 Smoking fee accessed if there is clear and provable evidence, including smell, that the unit has been smoked in.
