I live in a luxury apartment complex in Redwood City. I have a fully furnished furnished bedroom and flat screen TV. There is a swimming pool, Jaccuzzi, gym,spinning room and barbecues. This complex faces a marina, and every room has a view. I live on the first floor, and have a wrap-around patio. As you exit the complex,101 N and 101 S is right there! We have a walking trail around the marina, and a natural preserve. My place is fully furnished. Did I mention that my renter would have his/her own private bathroom,l and full washer and dryer in the unit. The complex is beautifully maintained. I am English-speaking,but I am learning Spanish.

Person needs eto be respectfull of room and entire apartment. Do the dishes after your meal, and clean up the kitchen. Maintain the cleanliness of the bathroom. If you want guest/guests, please tell me first.
