Pet free, immaculate condo, housekeeper comes every two weeks (included in price) and washes the sheets and towels as well as cleans the condo in full. Tandem parking space. Quiet building, 5 other tenants in the building. Everyone is very respectful and professional. I live in this apartment.
No shoes in the house, no pets, no long term guests. Guests must be respectful, quiet and considerate. No smoking or vaping of any kind. Stays must be a minimum of 60 continuous days. If you leave for a weekend within the 60 day minimum, you still pay for the rental while you're gone. I am not a hotel.
