Luxury double room with it's own wet-room bathroom on the top floor of a Georgian house in Hove. Situated a 5 minute walk to Seven Dials with it's shops and restaurants. The property in conveniently located a 12 minute walk to either Brighton station or Hove Station and to the seafront. The number 7 bus goes through the town center and out to the Hospital and Marina. Our home has a friendly, relaxed vibe. I work from home mostly at the moment and my wife is a psychotherapist who runs her clinic from one of the rooms on the ground floor so consideration will need to be given to her working hours. We have a 15-year old daughter in her final year at school and a 3-legged cat. For short stays up to 4-days you'll have access to the bedroom and bathroom only. For longer stays you'll have access to the kitchen/dining room, the south facing garden and the basement lounge which also contains laundry facilities. We are used to hosting longer stays, especially doctors and nurses on secondment to Brighton Hospital and so are used to guests working various shift patterns.

1-14 Nights: A deposit of the first nights payment is required in advance via bank transfer or Paypal, with the balance paid on arrival. Cancellation Policy - if cancelled less than 48-hours in advance the deposit is non-refundable. Over 14 Nights: A deposit of the first 3-nights payment is required in advance via bank transfer or Paypal with the balance paid on arrival. A damage deposit of of £100 is also required and can be paid by credit card on arrival. This will be refunded on departure. If the stay is over 30-nights, monthly payment in advance can be agreed. Do: ~ Keep your space clean and tidy. There is a cleaner every Monday morning bedding will be changed each Monday for longer stays. ~ Be respectful of home working hours and keep noise to a minimum during these times. This will be advised upon arrival or get in touch in advance for further information. ~ Come and go as you please, you will be given a door key on arrival and if returning after 10pm please lock and bolt the front door. ~ Feel free to ask for any help or recommendations.
