No smoking, no pets and no ammunitions as well. Quiet time starts at 9pm and please no loud music or parties. Check in starts at 3pm and check out at 11am I can be flexible with the timing but please inform me 48hrs in advance. Laundry can be used once a week and please let owner know before using it.
