The house listed here is the 1st floor of a two storied house. Me and my family including my husband, three children(all above 21 years) lives on the ground floor. You will have a separate entrance to your floor. It consists of 2 rooms with attached bathrooms and another 2 with a sharing bathroom. We provide laundry facilities, air conditioning and hot water. I believe this house can make your Sri Lankan experience a memorable and comfortable.

Pets are not allowed. No parties or events. Have to be home by 11 p.m. Visitors are not allowed during night. If you are using the stove, fridge, and the washing machine you have to pay additional 60 dollars PER WEEK. During your whole stay you have to maintain the cleanliness of the house, and throw the trash in to the garbage bin downstairs.
