My home is a 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom bi-level house with 1 family room, 2 living rooms and 1 large kitchen. We are located in Edmonton in the suburbs, however, there is a block of easy access to the transit system. I live with my 20-year-old son. I have 3 single bedrooms downstairs available for students with a lounge/living room, fridge, laundry room, and 1 bathroom to share. I will provide 1 supper meal per day.

No smoking inside the house, however there is the backyard/ deck where smoking is allowed. No pets allowed. No extra guest staying unless it was in agreement prior to booking. Each guest has 1 day of the week to do laundry. Cash or etranfer payment on arrival.
