No use of fire place . No smoking in the home please . Please clean up behind yourself . House cleaning will be every two weeks . Washer and dryer may be used please don’t over stuff them and please clean out dryer lint trap after each use . The trash goes out each Thursday night and back in the morning on Friday. Parking is available on the street during the summer months unlimited and parking in the back of home for tenants. Please no loud music and respect other roommates and their work schedules . No flammables on deck .
