Check in is at 6pm. once you have arrived. Please don't park on the grass. we has a sprinkler system. Leave enough room so others can pass. Gentlemen! Please remove your hats and caps when you enter my home out of respect. We are old school and it is very disrespectful to the ladies inside. No smoking, no vaping, no dipping, chewing or spitting We like our air the way it is now. No pets (fleas aren't cute) We like our hair to not be on our furniture or your clothes. No Gum chewing on the property (oh the things I've cleaned) No cooking in my kitchen. My appliances are very special to me. we have an out door kitchen for you to use. Loud music and pool play is ok between 9am and 9pm. No running! It's always laid back here and we never have to rush to have a good time. Don't pee in the pool. Eeeeeuuuww. No glass allowed in or around the pool area or on the Lanai. No eating in the pool. No unattended children under 15 in the pool. Pool is open to swim year round, it's heated!
