As for the rooms, we offer several types of bedrooms, including cozy single and double rooms. Each room is designed to provide a comfortable stay with basic amenities, and we aim to create a homey atmosphere for our guests. we strive to ensure that each room provides a peaceful and inviting space. There is also a small outdoor space where visitors can enjoy the fresh air and the views of the Old City. we prioritize creating a welcoming atmosphere in every corner of the guest house. As a family, we are passionate about preserving the culture and history of Bethlehem, which is reflected in the décor and environment of the guest house. We enjoy sharing local stories, traditions, and the beauty of our town with visitors. In terms of languages, we primarily speak Arabic at home, but we also communicate in English, as it is commonly used for tourists and international guests.

To ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules: Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards. Check-out time is by 12:00 PM. If you need a late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Quiet Hours: Please be considerate of other guests by keeping noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the guest house. There is a designated outdoor area where smoking is permitted. Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed inside the guest house. If you would like to have a visitor, please inform us in advance. Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the guest house due to space and comfort considerations. Respect for Property: We ask guests to respect the property and its furnishings. Please do not damage any furniture or fixtures. If anything is broken or damaged during your stay, kindly inform us so that we can make arrangements for repairs. Cleanliness: Please help keep the guest house clean and tidy during your stay. We provide daily housekeeping services, but we kindly ask that you dispose of trash in the designated bins. Kitchen Use: A small kitchen area is available for guests to use. Please clean up after yourself if you use the kitchen, and be mindful of others who may want to use the space. Alcohol: Alcohol consumption is allowed in the guest house, but we ask that it be done responsibly and in moderation.
