1. Check-In/Out: Check-in at 2 PM; check-out at 11 AM. 2. Footwear: Please remove outside shoes when entering the home. 3. No Smoking/Flames: Smoking, candles, and open flames are not allowed. 3. No Drugs/Illegal Items: The possession or use of drugs or illegal items is strictly prohibited on the premises. 4. Cleanliness: Always clean up after yourself in shared areas. 5. Quiet Hours: Quiet time starts at 9 PM. No visitors or sleepovers are allowed. Strictly one person per room only. 6. No Third-Party Bookings: Reservations must be made by the guest; no third-party bookings are allowed. 7. Stairs Access: The house is only accessible via stairs, so please consider this if you have mobility issues. 8. Conserve Energy: Please turn off doors, lights, and faucets when not in use. 9. Read Instructions: Familiarize yourself with house rules before booking to avoid any inconveniences. Street Parking: Weekdays: Available from 5 PM to 9 AM with no restrictions. During the day (Monday to Friday), there is a 1-hour maximum parking limit from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Weekends: Free parking is available 24 hours. If you’re staying overnight, there will be no parking issues as long as you park during the allowed times. Preston Street: Located just 45 meters from the house, Preston Street has no parking restrictions and is always a good option, although availability is not guaranteed.
