GREAT for STUDENTS coming to Orange County, CA. I am conveniently located 5 minutes away from Orange Coast College. 15 minutes from Santa Ana Community College. About 20 minutes away from University of California Irvine. I have a large furnished room with private bathroom. Minutes to the beach, mall, tourist spots and schools. My home is clean, bright, modern and I love meeting new people. Great amenities! Easy parking. Bus stop right outside. Friendly neighbors. I've hosted many international students and guests. I do have a cat, but she need not go in your room!
Please, no other guests other than those contracted, unless discussed prior. No pets. Smoking only outside after 10PM. I ask that you do laundry no more than 3 or 4 times a week and do so before 10PM. Please try to shower before 1AM as we have neighbors and try to be courteous. Please be clean and respectful.
