Quiet hours after 10 PM – No loud music or noise during the night to respect everyone's rest and neighbours. Guests by arrangement only – Please check with me first if you'd like to have a visitor over. No smoking or vaping inside – You're welcome to smoke outside in the designated area (if applicable). No pets – Unfortunately, I can't accommodate animals at this time.
