If possible strip bedding and pillow cases and put sheets in washer for cleaners as they have short window to get everything done before next guests arrive. No using shower with bathroom door open most likely the smoke detector will go off and fire department will be sent to the house. Long term tennants rents basement suite. Completely seperate unit.Separate entrance , kitchen and washer and Dryer .You won't even see them. No smoking in the house or the garage. No walking in the house with outside shoes on . No cutting food on counter please use cutting board it will scratch the counters. Be respectful with noise level, as both neighbors beside the house have young children.
