"Hi, I'm Seowon. I'm a freelancer, so my schedule is always different – sometimes I stay at home all day, and other times I spend a lot of time outside. But no matter what, you're always welcome to stay at my cozy and peaceful home!

No outside visitors or unregistered guests are allowed to enter. We are looking for individuals who can maintain cleanliness and keep the space tidy. Only non-smokers are permitted to stay. 1. Cancellation Before Check-in • Cancellation 30 days before check-in: Full refund • Cancellation 15–29 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total reservation amount • Cancellation within 14 days before check-in: No refund 2. Early Departure After Check-in • If more than half of the stay remains: 50% refund for the remaining nights • If less than half of the stay remains: No refund 3. Laundry • You will need to do your laundry and drying at the laundromat right in front of the house. The kiosk supports English, and if needed, I can go with you to help. (You must also do the drying.)
