We speak German, English, French and Quechua plus Spanish (Castilian) in this large house with sunny garden crowned by a palm tree. A 20-minute walk to the city center - 10 minutes by public-transport a cat and I shared different environments in highlighting wood and large windows, a balcony and a terrace. The separate upstairs apartment has two bedrooms, bathroom and large living room.
